About Us

LTM Building Solutions is a 100% black-owned company, founded in 2007 by:

  • Mr. Mahlomola Letsie – Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor (Diploma in Building Studies – Swaziland College of Technology; BTech in Quantity Surveying – CUT; MSc in Project Management & MSc in Land & Property Science – UFS)
  • Mrs. Thakanyane Letsie – Business Management Specialist and Urban and Regional Planner (BAdmin – UFS & Hons. Business Admin – UFS; BSc in Spatial Planning & MSc in Spatial Planning – UFS)

Since its founding, LTM has combined professional expertise with a commitment to excellence, delivering reliable construction services and accredited training programs across South Africa.
